Amazing talented dentist. He takes the time to explain exactly what work has to be done. He's also very nice and patient. The office is very nice as well. I'm so happy that I found him. I highly recommend Dr. John James.
Dr. James is a very friendly and knowledgeable doctor. He is upfront about everything. The office staff and hygienists are also very pleasant!
Over the years I've gone through dentists like Elizabeth Taylor went through husbands. Some were quite capable, others not so much; but Dr. John James is the only one I would call outstanding. His work is consistently fine; I've never had to call because a tooth he worked on is acting up (in almost 10 years). My teeth have presented him with some unusual issues which he has handled well. There have been a couple of procedures that he referred me elsewhere along the way. I appreciate that he didn't bite off more than he could chew (pun intended).
In addition he is the first dentist I can remember that didn't seem to be in a hurry to get to his next patient. Finally he has a good sense of humor which shows up when he explains matters in non-technical language.
His dental assisstant, Ellen, is quite conscientious and good natured, as are Maritza, Joan and the rest of the staff. I've not had to avail myself of the services of Dr. Brazel or Dr. Zunger, but my impression is that everyone aims high and consistently delivers excellent service.
Their facilities are modern and immaculate as well.
