Dr. James did an expert job assessing and finishing my recent crown. He is reassuring and explains what is happening as he works, and makes sure it is as painless as possible.
The dental assistants and front desk staff are always friendly, positive and detailed oriented too. Dr. James has been my dentist for over 20 years, with some emergency help by Dr. Zunger, so I can very highly recommend the dental practice of Zunger and James!
Dr Zunger is an excellent, trustworthy dentist. He explains everything perfectly and is very considerate of my feelings.

Can’t say enough great things about this dental office! Every single staff member here is truly amazing. The entire staff takes the time to get to know their patients on a personal level and you feel so comfortable from the second you walk in the door. Dr.Zunger has been my family’s dentist for years and I’m so happy that we are in the best hands! I would give this dental office 6 stars if I could.
Always a great experience with this practice. The staff is friendly and great. Dr. Zunger has a great witty rapport that puts the patient at ease. I also always feel like they have my best interests at heart in terms of my dental care. Some other places I've been treat you like more of a customer than a patient and try to upsell you on things you don't really need. I've never felt like that was the situation at Zunger and James.
Dr. Zunger has been my dentist for years. I trust him completely. He is conservative in his treatment plans and very gentle, informative and reassuring. For example, when I needed an implant this past year (a new experience I hope never to repeat) he explained the steps involved clearly and answered all questions thoroughly. He even recommended another oral surgeon after the one I originally used was not working out (for reasons totally unrelated to Dr. Zunger). His office staff is courteous and attentive as well. I can't recommend him or his office highly enough.
