Being stationed to work at McGuire AFB, I am so glad I chose this housing. Nancy the landlord along with the rest of housing management and maintenance crew, they all took such great care of us during our 4 years here. Everytime we brought up an issue with the home they were resolving them by the next day. The only complaint really is during the winter downstairs is unbearably freezing while upstairs feels like a sauna. Could give the houses an updated HVAC system or zone control system.
Great family oriented place maintenance is very good and the rental staff are very helpful
Quiet decent neighborhood however finding a specific residents address is difficult because the houses or apartments are not numbered proplerly. It's definitely not like your average neighborhood with named streets and numbered houses/apartments.
Phyllis is very helpful, maintenance does show up the day u put in a maintenance call. The houses are old, cold air come right thru the windows, door n sliding glass door, while upstairs is like a bake oven. I do like the quite area here as well
