Highly recommend Marcos!!! Obsessed with my hair! I got partial highlights, a cut, and a blowout and everything came out gorgeous. Especially love how caring Marcos was shampooing & conditioning my hair, it put me to sleep! The color is bright and blended, the cut is on point, and the blowout gave my hair so much volume. The salon vibes were great so friendly and welcoming. Definitely coming back!
Had a fabulous cut with Ani. She took great care cutting my hair whilst wet then dry. She was very gentle when blow drying with brush and heat. The results were amazing - many staff commented how great the cut looked. Probably one of the best cuts of my life so thank you very much Ani. The reason for knocking off one star is because Jon Lori did not honor a promise they made me when I bought a Brazilian Keratin Groupon. I tried to book an appt during the summer well in advance of the expiry. I was told they were extremely busy and could not offer me any appointments before expiry but it would be totally fine to book after expiry (they did not mention any time limit but I figured by end of the year latest would be fine). Fast forward a few months and now I’m being told they will not honor the keratin treatment because they don’t have a stylist at that level to do it. I even offered to pay extra for a higher stylist but they still said no. Thankfully Groupon gave me a refund. Buyer beware when buying Groupon offers for this salon - they might not have time to take you before expiry and maybe not fulfil offer after expiry even if they promise you they will!
Michelle is absolutely amazing. I've been seeing her for years and always leave with the best cut. She takes the time to listen to what u want and makes great recommendations on what would work best for your hair texture and length. I always get so many compliments. I highly recommend her.
