I wanted to share some feedback regarding the classic manicures and pedicures my dad and brother received recently. I chose your salon because of the great reviews and was looking forward to treating them to a good experience.

Unfortunately, the services did not meet the expected standard for a classic mani-pedi. Their pedicures did not include proper heel cleaning, exfoliation, or cuticle work, and the overall finish was not thorough. Since this was only their second time getting these services, they didn’t realize in the moment what should have been included.

Given the reputation of your salon, this fell below what I believe your standard usually is. I’d appreciate it if you could look into this and offer a resolution. A correction or a suitable alternative would be appreciated so they can experience the level of service your salon is known for.

I absolutely love this place and highly recommend it! Vanessa is fantastic for manicures, while Ruth is the go-to for pedicures. Both are incredibly sweet, take their time, and yet somehow manage to work so efficiently. Vanessa, in particular, is great at helping me find the perfect color for my dip powder nails, which I always end up loving. Plus, the prices are very reasonable, typically ranging from $35 to $45 for my manicure, depending on the length I choose each time.

I was visiting in the area, making an appointment for following day , I did full set manicure Acrylic gel w design by Vanessa and pedicures gel w gold trim done by genesis. They’re doing great job 👍💋.I’ll be back if I’m in the area again . Overall , Great customer service 💋✌️

My sister and mom come here and always see a woman named Vanessa so I had to see what the hype was about. She completed this gel manicure PERFECTLY in 40 minutes; I was in awe with how meticulously and quickly she worked. 4 weeks later and my nails still looked awesome (didn't get a pic when they were
new but the pics below are right before I had them taken off). The space is clean and everyone is very friendly and hard-working.
