Today was our first visit. We mentioned our dog is allergic to chicken and we were escorted to the treats without chicken. We were told about what items were on sale. When we checked out, we joined the loyalty program. Great customer service. We will be back! Thank you!
This place is so amazing! Everything is nicely organized and they have variety of stuff, most importantly they are always helping needy animals. I love supporting stores like them.
Had a fantastic experience my first time there today. The staff were friendly and helpful, amazing selection for my cats, and I got to pet some of the kitties in the store. I'm never shopping anywhere else for pet supplies!
I appreciated details shared by Becky regarding the care needed for two hermit crabs (purchased for my preschool classroom). Based on allowing me to ask questions and listening to what was needed and required it allowed me to make a very informed decision. My Maltese yorkie loves the pork bones so I picked up two packs they were 20% off. The Lady behind the counter was very welcoming and helpful. These are what I purchased. I’ll continue to shop here for all of my dogs supplies.
