I used to sing the praises of this office. I had the most wonderful time with my first pregnancy however since switching over to lifeline medical they have gone downhill. They managed to twist the knife of a miscarriage to make it as painful as possible. I went in for bleeding and the doctor hold me the baby was measuring behind but had a heartbeat and I had nothing to worry about. I go back in for more bleeding and I’m told there was no cardiac activity and the heartbeat measured at that appointment was weak. Adding insult to injury when trying to schedule my D&C I tell them exactly one date that doesn’t work for me. I’m rudely told by the woman that I need to “work with them” while given no alternate dates. I’m now forced to find a new provider and handle the loss of my pregnancy.
I can only assume the bad reviews are due to the staff and not due to the doctors. I saw all the doctors when I was pregnant and they are literally all amazing. Dr Duruvuri is the best doctor ever. I am moving to CT next year and I am considering making the drive down once a year just to see her.
The staff are really nice, especially the Doctors. They take their time to listen to your and give you the care needed. Dr. John Lundberg delivered my baby last month and he was really awesome👌. He even prayed with my family, which I will forever remember and appreciate. I would highly recommend this place.
