I am a loyal Lincoln owner and am very impressed with both Ramsey and Wayne dealerships. Had my car serviced twice recently at the Ramsey location; both times I had extremely positive experiences.Very accommodating in scheduling appointments. Status updates provided. Free loaner car for diagnostic work. Work completed timely and all issues resolved. Mobile service for pick up and return of car available . While waiting in showroom there was an array of drinks and food. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and congenial employees. Vas and Maria cordially greeted me and periodically checked on those in the waiting area . My initial service coordinator recently left but Danielle, whom I have worked with at Wayne, was extremely knowledgeable, affable and helpful.
Showroom and restrooms are immaculate. I highly recommend this dealership.
We had our car serviced here today and everything ran super smooth. The car was ready under an hour and the service manger Kevin even pulled the car in the garage for me so that I could get my baby inside away from the heat. I’m in the process of relocating to the New York area and recently stopped by Ramsey Lincoln for an oil change on my 2022 Platinum F-150. From the moment I walked in, the Service Department was an absolute pleasure to work with. They got me in immediately and even offered refreshments while I waited.
During the visit, the Service Manager, Kevin, informed me that as part of the multi-point inspection and tire rotation, the team discovered that my rear axle was severely damaged. Upon further investigation, they found that there was a warranty recall on my vehicle and explained that it was unsafe to drive. Attached is a photo of my broken axle bolt in my hand
I was so relieved I stopped at this dealership! Kevin assured me they would take care of everything, provided me with a loaner vehicle, and promised to get my truck fixed as quickly as possible. True to their word, the hardworking team sourced the parts and had my F-150 repaired within 24 hours.
