Power Pool Care in St. James has been outstanding. The first time I called Frank with an issue involving the heat pump, he arrived within minutes, diagnosed the problem on the spot, and had the pool running again. His honesty and professionalism were immediately clear, and I hired him for weekly chemical service, which later expanded to a new cover and a full seasonal closing. Frank and his team are reliable, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I am very fortunate to have found them and highly recommend Power Pool Care.
I have know Frank and Power Pool Care for over 25 years. I would not trust anyone else with my pools. We recently moved into a new house and Frank was one of the first people I contacted. Switched over to salt water filtration, installed a new heater, and we just had a new safety cover made. Frank handled it all very professionally and with my utmost trust. The weekly maintenance is reasonable and reliable. Can't wait for summer!
Really pleasant experience. Everything Frank said would happen, did. and it happened- on time, exactly like described. Clear and continual communication with us (even gave us his cell phone), and the pool turned out beautiful. Highly recommend this company. Their customer support and follow up work is 100% professional. Very nice people too, met them a Rotary Club event where Frank was volunteering his time.
