South Bay is a name you can always count on. Whether you need painting done or power-washing, look no further. I’ve had them paint in the past and was extremely happy with the job Jerry did. Most recently we hired them to have our house power-washed. Todd went above and beyond to make the house look fantastic. He even did took care of my gates and some little extras I noticed. The attention to detail is apparent. The men take pride in their work and that cannot be said for many companies that just want to get it and get out. I also want to mention how honest Todd is. I originally had Todd come for an estimate two years ago and he told me to hold off a year or two as my house didn’t warrant a power-washing. I appreciated that. South Bay is a wonderful company to deal with and I will continue to recommend them and give them my business for years to come.

After having some bad experiences with other contractors, I called Todd — he immediately called me back and came to my home to assess what was needed. He provided a fair quote, and within just a few days, he and his team were ready to start.

My biggest concern was finding someone who wouldn’t juggle multiple jobs at the same time. Todd personally oversaw the project, and his worker Richie handled everything from start to finish over five days. Richie was professional, meticulous, and left everything spotless at the end of each day. The painting was done beautifully — truly professional work — and I couldn’t be happier.
