Today was truly a day to remember ! Deanna and her beautiful daughter Mikayla made this an experience my family will never forget! I’ve dreamt about the day I would go with my daughter for her first holy communion dress and it did not disappoint! I had an entourage and with so many gorgeous options it was hard to choose but my daughter knew what she wanted and Deanna helped us with reassurance into the right direction. Watching her face light up when she said yes to the dress is one of the highlights of my life ! Thank you for this magical day !

Deanna truly knows her craft—my daughter ended up choosing a dress that Deanna herself designed and even named after her! The attention to detail is what transforms this from simply shopping for a Communion dress into an unforgettable experience.
She took beautiful photos and videos and even gave all three of my girls delicious cake pops while we celebrated their sister finding her dress.

We had a wonderful experience at Buttons & Bows Children’s Boutique in St. James, NY! When I first saw the shop on Instagram my thought was, “Wow, this is like a Kleinfeld experience for young girls”, and how special that would be to experience with my daughter while searching for her communion dress. The owner, Deanna, and her staff exceeded my expectations. Deanna is not only an incredibly talented designer (so many of her original designs were on display and absolutely stunning) but she is overall a great person. My daughter began to get a little overwhelmed toward the end of our appointment and began to cry. Deanna immediately stepped in with patience, kindness and understanding and was able to help my daughter relax, get the appointment back on track and find her perfect dress. Thank you Deanna for your patience, your kindness, your expertise and for making us feel welcome and special. We will cherish this memory forever.
We had an amazing experience at buttons & bows! Victoria came in for our very last minute appointment within minutes. We were in a bit of a pickle trying to find a dress for my daughters baptism so last minute. Buttons and bows saved the day!
