I have visited Little Falls Auto Service to have my vehicle's oil changed earlier this year. Today, I bought in my vehicle to have it looked at since I noticed a few issues and wanted to find out what was going on with my vehicle. Pat said he would run a diagnostic on my vehicle. I left my vehicle at the shop and received several phone calls from Pat in regards to what will be done with my vehicle. He mentioned that I was due for an oil change and a tire rotation. Both were completed on my vehicle today. I appreciate the communication and am happy with the outcome. I will definitely return to Little Falls Auto Service in the future.
If you’re looking for a reliable, friendly and great mechanic, look no further. I just moved into town and was looking for someone that I could trust to service my Jeep Grand Cherokee and these guys were incredible! They explained the process of what needed to get done, I didn’t feel like they were trying to sell me something I didn’t need, which was refreshing. Again, these guys are great.
Excellent service all around. My car needed a good amount of work done and the communication was very good about what my options were. The drop box is also very convenient if you have weird work hours or can’t pick up in time. I will definitely be back for any other services my car needs in the future
Little Falls Auto Service is an excellent shop! 100% happy with the service they provided. I’ve been there a few times and always had a great experience. This time, I brought my car there to have a wheel bearing fixed and have the rest of the car looked over because it’s coming up on 14 years old. I wanted to know if any issues or problems that might be present.
Pat, the manager, was awesome. He kept me updated on the repair so there were no surprises. The repair was perfect and done within the same day.
The mechanics gave the whole car a good look over and we’re honest in saying that everything looked pretty good and let me know about some upcoming maintenance in the future that I should be aware of. They did not try to push any sales or work, just very honest and open about what they saw. I appreciate that a lot from a shop, I feel that honesty and integrity is hard to find sometimes when working with auto shops.
