RWI Limousine Repairs

Russ was absolutely amazing. He did a job for a custom van company in Portland Oregon “ Outside Van”
Russ was able to swap out an inverter that I was having issues with and saved me a 3000 mile drive to Portland, Oregon and then a 3000 mile drive home just to do something that Russ was able to do in two hours.
Russ was very professional very punctual and very meticulous. If six screws came out six screws went back in and he tested everything to make sure that it was working perfectly.

RWI… in a word, “FANTASTIC”. Russ doesn’t play games. The repairs performed are those necessary, period. Russ completely reconditioned my limousines complex HVAC system, including the addition of an aux A/C compressor dedicated to the rear system. Updates to the system accessories were performed, items I would not have thought to address on my own. Other repairs have been performed with nothing short of top-notch service, quality parts, and if I may, at extremely reasonable pricing. I have been doing business with Russ who is RWI for over 4 years. I don’t require service often, this in part due to Russ’s excellent safety inspection of my vehicle and repairs that are performed the right way without need to keep coming back for the same issue(s). Had a electrical problem with my 120 inch Lincoln, called MTG whos name was on the box, MTG gave the phone number to RWI. I called and got Russ, told him what was going on he asked for a couple pictures of the electrical box, he had us move a couple of wires and boom it is was back in service in 15 minutes after we spent 3-4 hours trying to figure it out on our own. Highly recommended.

My father has used Russ for years before I got involved in the business and we continue to use him to this day. If you want something redesigned, rebuilt, or fixed and for it to be done right the first time then this is where you need to bring your limo/bus. The shop can fit any size vehicle and is immaculate and the guys on his team are amazing and have been with him for years. Anyone in the business knows that if it was serviced at RWI then it was serviced right!!
