Loaded Storage - Portable Storage Units

The gentleman I dealt with was very professional. The pod was like brand new, clean. The transporter did an excellent job with placement in my paver driveway. The price was very fair. And, I got a free lock to keep. I recommend highly.

We use loaded storage as they were a local company and we like supporting local family owned businesses. Their prices were very competitive and a much better value than other companies. We ended up needing to use them for a lot longer than we anticipated and they gave us no issues. They were very easy to talk to every time we called and I called multiple times with multiple questions. I also communicated via email and text message very easily. We used them to store our belongings as we renovated our home. The pod was moved to the home we were living in during renovations. Our belongings were well protected and the drivers who moved the pod every time were very kind and courteous and efficient. We are grateful for a local company to help us keep our belongings safe and secure through the summer and late fall as it approached freezing temperatures. Thank loaded storage! Highly recommend and will use in the future should we need to.

We used this storage unit for our furniture while we had our floors redone! This company was professional and friendly from the first inquiry! We were contacted immediately and given the info that we requested! The storage unit was delivered as planned, it was placed where we requested, it was clean and ready for use! It was then picked up when we were done, No problems whatsoever! We highly recommend this company!

Loaded storage is wonderful! With the stress of moving, they provided an stress-free part of my move. I had to work with both Loaded and a very popular national company at the same time due to moving 450 miles away to another state. Let me tell you, Loaded is leaps and bounds better than this other popular company.
The storage units are clean and newer. The interior sides of the units are smooth, which allowed me to fit a lot more in along the sides horizontally. The other company has sides that have spaced out 4x4s vertically that block part of the storage and anything long you may have wanted to place along the sides. Loaded has swing open doors, giving more room with no risk of the doors getting blocked. The other company provided a roll down door, which makes me nervous if the stuff falls back against it during the move.
Scheduling with Loaded was easy and the customer service member was incredibly nice and accommodating. It seemed she understood the stress of moving and tried to make it easier. The other company took almost 45 minutes to schedule on the phone and it was difficult to understand them. I even had to reschedule the Loaded pick up and she was so kind and helpful about it. It took maybe 1 minute to do.
Delivery of the units was also different. The Loaded delivery person was friendly and seemed happy to be working. Their robot unloader machine worked smoothly and kept the unit level. The other company unloaded it and each corner would tip a bit, which made me nervous.
I am recommending Loaded to everyone I know. Not only were they slightly cheaper than the national company, literally every aspect of dealing with Loaded was better. You have found the right company! Choose them!
