Lofts at Monroe Place

I have lived at Lofts at Monroe Place for about 6 years now and I love it. I have had a few issues with my washer/dryer and shower every time Javier has responded within a 24 hour period with either repairs or replacement. He is very professional and a good neighbor. The staff in the office is very responsive and friendly especially Leslie.

My wife and I have lived at the Lofts at Monroe Place for nearly 3 years. It has been a very good experience, the grounds are well maintained and the superintendent Javier is very reliable, responsive, and available to help with any issues. We are always impressed at how professional and friendly he is with all the tenants.

I just moved in for a few days to this complex, and it is a really good place with a nice neighborhood. All the workers are very helpful. I just have a small problem with the shower in the master bathroom. I spoke to Javier, our maintenance person, and he came immediately to fix it. After that, it worked perfectly.

Great place to live. Moved here over a year ago. I needed a 2 bedroom apartment with a place for a home office. The loft serves as a great home office. Javier does a great job with maintenance. He's very responsive and is very visible on the property. The Monroe school system is great too. So it's an all around win.

I’ve had many interactions with Leslie over the years and she has been fantastic, always friendly and helpful. Javier is the best when it comes to all maintenance needs. He is trustworthy and dependable, he gets things done quickly, and he is a great neighbor.
