this is the ultimate five star local pizzeria. Starting with the staff and service and food! We've been coming here for years and it is our go to as a family in town.

Every time I’m back in Wanaque visiting family, Luigi’s is a must-stop - and this visit marked my fourth time here in the last three years. It’s one of my favorite places to eat whenever I’m in town.

From the moment you walk in, there’s a sense of warmth and community. The wall of children’s drawings, the friendly counter staff, and the nostalgic charm of the space make it feel like home. And the food? Absolutely outstanding. The pepperoni and black olive pizza I had today was perfect - crispy crust, generous toppings, and just the right amount of cheese and sauce.

Luigi’s is a local gem that captures everything you want in a classic neighborhood pizzeria: quality ingredients, consistency, and heart. It’s no surprise they’ve been serving the community since 1968 - they’ve clearly got something special.

Whether you’re a local or just passing through, do yourself a favor and grab a slice (or a whole pie). You’ll see why it’s always on my list when I’m in Wanaque.

Hands down the best grandma pizza I've ever had. My grandparents live a few minutes away from this place and we always come here. The vodka sauce and pizza are extremely good, and I've always loved their calamari as well. Their fried doughnuts are also good!

I've been eating Luigi's pizza since 1968, when they were located at the Geppetto location on Ringwood Ave.
Still my benchmark for the best pizza 🍕 and authentic Italian entrees. Worth every dollar!
They have so many loyal customers that they overnight pizza across the country.
I now live over 80 miles away, but it's still worth the trip. Thank you Luigi and sons. It's always nice to see you.
