I can't even begin to describe how incredible the massage I just received from Liz was. I have never felt so calm and relaxed while getting massage therapy. I will be bragging about this experience and telling everyone I know to come here! Thank you LIZ!!

Such a lovely experience, very new to hot stones and cupping but thoroughly enjoyed every bit of my massage. I also enjoyed Shelly, her personality and her knowledge were amazing. She even taught me a thing or two! Will try to make this a monthly procedure! Can’t wait till the next!

Liz is an angel and a master of her craft. I have built up severe knots in the base of my neck and upper shoulders, just had my second 90 min/full massage session and I feel so much better! The experience is 5 stars- Each time I feel like an ancient Egyptian prince in a sacred ceremony being prepared to be crowned Pharaoh- No joke. What an excellent massage experience with Liz. She was so thorough and attentive which really helped me find relief from some stubborn knots in my shoulders. I love that she customized the treatment with cupping, that was exactly what I needed. I even picked up a couple of gorgeous crystals from her shop. I can’t wait to go back!

My hubby joel didn’t have the massage, i(Sheila)did. Liz is amazing, I won’t go anywhere else. I suffer from severe stress and anxiety and have a lot of pain from lots of muscle knots. She was wonderful, she really understood and took the time to work on them and make me feel better. I’m now going to go every month to keep myself pain free.
