Found a nail in my tire less than 24 hours after purchasing a new vehicle. Maplecrest service got back to me quickly and even offered to travel to my location to make the repair. Ended up bringing it in and they took care of it in 15 minutes. Very happy with their promptness and service!

Maplecrest Ford of Mendham did an EXCELLENT' job repairing my 2021 Mustang Mach E. I had experienced some Fault alarms concerning the Charge Cord Lock Actuator/Assembly which were preventing me from being able to charge the car. I had the car towed to Maplecrest Ford of Mendham Service Dept for repairs. They properly arranged an excellent loaner vehicle for my wife, while they awaited replacement parts for the repair. They had my car repaired promptly within a week and they checked all other items required for service. Pasquale had the card properly repaired and fully charged up when we picked up our Mach E, and we were confident that there were no outstanding issues left to resolve with our vehicle. Excellent Service from Allison, Pasquale, and the service department!
