I have used this business for approx 30 years .
I have never been dissatisfied with the professionalism of the office staff or mechanics .
I have always been confident in the work performed as I AM a single woman and would have no clue what priority repairs should be made .
I AM confident that I AM not being taken advantage of by this repair shop because of my lack of knowledge about cars .
I would give it a A+++ rating !

After years of going to Mark's I was very disappointed with my last couple visits. Mark's was always more expensive than other shops, but they had a reputation for honesty that made the extra money worth it. During the last visit, I wasn't completely comfortable with their recommendations, but I didn't have any understanding of the repairs. When I last visited, though, I knew I needed brakes, and I also asked to have my tires rotated. When I called to check in, they told me that beyond the brakes, I needed all four tires replaced and an alignment. Luckily between my receipt from when I got the tires (barely half way through the rated miles) and a set of calipers, I was able to determine that none of my tires needed replacement, and tread wear across the tread was very even...down to the millimeter. My rear tires (front wheel drive car) were almost new. They didn't do the tire rotation, but did try to sell me tires and an alignment that I didn't come close to needing. That burned a bridge for me.

Their exceptional service is headed by a wonderful owner, Mark, & his many highly skilled mechanics. Their service is prompt, efficient & the prices are great. They serviced my old Nissan Maxima for several years which needed a lot of TLC due to its age (14 years). Unlike other car repair places & dealerships, they spent the time explaining in detail what was wrong & what needed to be done. They always answer all my questions. As a female I find that gratifying since most car places tend to ignore women. I needed a car with 4-wheel drive to deal with winters here & they are continuing to do an excellent job with my Toyota Rav4.
