Great service! We had an issue with the siding. I called the office and less than 24 hours later someone was by my door to check it out.
Master Roofing did an amazing job on my roof and my neighbors. They were quick, efficient and cost effective.

I had a roof leak during the most recent rainstorm on a Memorial Day holiday weekend.
Called on Sunday and they came to inspect it a few hours later. Next morning, on Memorial Day, first thing in the morning a team came and fixed it.

The office was a little bit of a issue with the scheduling. The estimator was on time and courteous. Then I had to deal with the office. The scheduling couldn't be locked into a certain date. That is why I knocked it down one star. I pressed for a time and date and she said it will be next week. So will you call when you know? No we'll just show up. So If I'm not home how will they know where to work? They'll know. So They showed up and I wasn't home but my wife was. When she went out to talk to them they were on the wrong part of the roof and stated they couldn't find a leak all looked good. Hey its on the other side of the house under the blue tarp if you asked us you would have been told. The work so far has been good. They even folded the tarps when done.
