I’ve called MEC three times, once in an emergency, and the other two for installation services. They were prompt, neat and professional with reasonable pricing. As a homeowner, it’s comforting to have a reliable go- to electrician service like MEC.
MEC Electrical is spectacular. We had a list of about 7 projects in a very old house and every one was completed flawlessly. Very professional team and they even vacuumed where they drilled. We plan on using them again and again and again. The owner Chris even came by to walk the job!!!
I had electrical problems after I had my house powerwashed. My doorbell and 3 other lights inside my house stopped working. I called like 15 electricians. The ones I was able to speak with on the phone said they don't know why that happened and said it will be $180 or $200 to check it out and it will NOT be applied to the cost if I need a repair. When I spoke to David at M.E.C. he was super nice and said his visit cost WILL be applied to the repair if needed. Then he proceeded to speak to me for like 20 minutes. (The other ones spoke for just a minute). He was very knowledgeable and asked if the power wash guys covered the electrical stuff before doing work. They didnt. He said they were supposed to. Then he explained i can just check out the fuse box myself and explained what to look for and what to do. I fixed the problem myself and didnt need a visit! I am very grateful for David and am happy to know there are nice, honest and helpful people out there that actually care!! Thanks David!!

Update:
I always tell people having a good customer service experience is ideal. But you really don't know what a company is worth until things go wrong. We had an issue that was no fault of MECs, but they were quick to help us in rectifying it.
You cannot find better service than MEC!
We had a Lightning Ground Strike somewhere close enough to get into the house thru the sprinkler system
Chris and his crew came over on a Sunday Morning and did a thorough safety check to make sure we were not in danger
They determined exactly what was taken out and made the appropriate repairs that updated and modernized some of our stuff. We have used them since and we highly recommend them. Very fair prices, superior work, Professional, and client friendly, and done when they say it will be done.
