Millstream is beautiful peaceful place. Only downside I witnessed no public transportation. It's low income but how you going to work to pay for it. If you have no car or car breaks down. How you getting to work uber and lift is too expensive for low income people. The 317bus does not come nowhere near the property. Something to think about before choosing this place.
I love living here it has been amazing I love the property the renovations are beautiful the community is wonderful love the management very kind always there when u need them❤️❤️❤️, maintenance is outstanding.. Best place to live ❤️ ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I am honored to say that after living here for over a year I am still madly in love with this beautiful complex I can call home!!!
The surroundings are always kept clean and above all safe. The neighbors keep to themselves and are super respectful and polite. I adore the rules here and how on top of things management is as well as their maintenance department. The ladies at the Management office are stern, honorable and always go above and beyond to help us tenants. Personally it is always a pleasure to interact with such compassionate employees. Ms. Shanice ALWAYS greets you with a warm smile and is very helpful and ultra polite. Mrs. Jasmín reminds me of my momma, when she used to work as a HUD administrator back home. Always upholding the rules and regulations, so that we in turn may have the best living conditions and our children are kept safe. The maintenance department are truly respectful gentlemen and always make me and my daughter feel SAFE, RESPECTED and PROTECTED above all! I hope that I continue to be blessed and live here for decades to come.
The community is beautifully maintained, with lush landscaping and clean, well-lit common areas.
But what truly sets Millstream apart is the exceptional service provided by the property manager. From the initial leasing process to ongoing maintenance requests, she has been consistently responsive, friendly, and proactive in addressing any concerns.
The attention to detail and genuine care for residents' needs is evident in everything she does. Whether it's a quick fix for a maintenance issue or simply offering a warm smile and welcome, she makes you feel like you're part of a community, not just a renter.

Its a true blessing living here! Its very clean and what I love most is how they safeguard their tenants. Always clean and quiet. The property management staff is very diligent, professional and objective. They adhere to their normal and policies, WHICH YOU ARE EXPLAINED TO THE T once you are accepted and come in to signed the leasing contract. I am more than grateful to live in a place that has rules and respect towards everyone.
