Stopped at the Tom’s river location to get a propane tank refilled & the staff was so nice and even carried the tank to the car for me. The pricing was also very good and I was able to pay inside at a kiosk while my tank was being refilled. Will definitely be back as my cousins beach house just got a propane fire pit.
Always have a good experience buying propane and an occasional tank. Purchased a portable Weber grill and the price was extremely reasonable. I bought the floor model with stand and Brent (owner) gave me a discount without asking and answered all my questions. Customer first philosophy is a alive and well at Modern, strongly recommend.
I stopped here on Sunday and ansked about replacing my Flavor bars and grates on my Weber Grill. The gentleman that created me walked me over to pictures of grills and asked me if I had one of the grills pictured. When I said yes he said those parts are under warranty through Weber. I was fully prepared to pay but he was nice enough to tell me that. I contacted Weber today and they are sending me the parts at no charge. Thank you for the advice I will probably by my next grill from you because of the customer service that you extended.
