Good stop. Restrooms, Shake Shake, Starbucks, Auntie Anne's, and a little convenience shop. Ample parking, plenty of seating.

I also enjoyed the Judy Blume tribute and timeline on the wall.

Good pit stop , nice and clean rest area , with good food stores like Shake Shack for burgers , Auntie Annie and a Starbucks for coffee lovers , and a news travel store for your last minute needs like chewing gum, chips , drinks and more

    Lots of parking around

If you planning a pit stop this ine is for sure a good one

This is for the Shake Shack in the travel plaza. The food was great. Got a bacon cheeseburger and cheese fries. Unfortunately the reason they only got 2 stars is because the employees came off as extremely miserable. Did not get any kind of greeting from Thomas, the cashier, so I wasn't even sure he wanted to take my order. He never told me how much my order came to. I didn't know how much to give him until he abruptly said "is that out of twenty". He the. Handed me a paper and change without any instruction on where or when my order would be ready. Waited about five minutes until my pager I was given started to go off. I went to the counter and encountered a woman standing there with her arms crossed. I had to ask if the food on the counter was mine and got the respond "yeah". The impression I got from the employees was that I was a burden to them and interrupting their day. Extremely disappointed with the customer service at this shake shack.
