Very clean, new machines and friendly attendant.

I just moved to the area and came here for the first time on Saturday evening, based on the reviews. There was me and one other couple there. The woman who works there was very pleasant. She could tell I had never been there before and took the time to explain the various payment options in place for doing laundry there, which are quite a few, as well as how to access the parking lot. They have laundry payment cards that you can refill, all the machines also accept debit/credit cards, and they take quarters. The facility was very neat and clean. My only issue is that they don't have smaller machines. They have the large ones for $5.50 and the medium ones for $3.50. I'd generally prefer putting my whites in smaller machines since the load is so small, and the $3.50 machine would be entirely too big for them. The dryers, however are VERY powerful. They're $.25 for 9 minutes and I put my clothes in for 18 minutes, but they were dry within the first 9 minutes. I definitely plan to come here going forward for my laundry needs.

Let me tell you something about Mr. Fresh Laundry. First of all I’m going to tell you that I’m disabled. They are by far the VERY BEST!!!! My stuff is always super clean, smells FANTASTIC and folded so very nicely!!!! And the drivers are so very friendly and courteous and always carry my laundry to the third floor even though they are not required to do so. I would recommend them to ANYBODY that needs this service!!!! From phone to pickup to wash, dry, fold to delivery, Mr. Fresh is THE BEST!!!!!!!!

I used them twice since my washer and dryer got flooded. They are super professional and efficient. Great communication and updates by texts and emails. They pick up and deliver the laundry washed, softened and nicely folded. I wish I can afford to use them all the time. I strongly undoubtedly recommend them.

I have been using Mr. Fresh Laundry for their pick up and drop off service and the service received is always exceptional. They are always on time and are professional yet friendly. From the quality of work received you can tell they treat your clothes as if it were theirs. They have absolutely exceeded my expectations. Keep up the great work!
