Coach Mike is amazing. No matter what your skill level or training objective is he has classes and a training regimen to accommodate you. Whether you're beginning your journey in combat sports or you are a competitive athlete looking to take your training to the next level this is the place.
We started with coach Mike getting private wrestling lessons for my 14 year old son. It ended up turning into private Brazilian Jiu Jistu lessons for my 14 and 12 year old son and for me their 45 year old dad!! So it’s a family affair. Learning a ton and feeling it. Mike is a great coach and very patient. The gym is awesome, has everything and it is SUPER CLEAN. If you are looking for private wrestling or BJJ lessons in Morris County then this is the place. We start the regular BJJ classes in a few weeks! Thx again Mike!! Still need to bring in my 10 year old son and 6 year old daughter!!
I've been training at this MMA gym for a month, and it's been an incredible experience. Coach Mike is highly skilled and supportive, and the facility is very clean and well maintained. I recommend this gym to anyone looking to improve their skills and fitness
Great place. I been training in Brazilian jiu jitsu twice a week and have been making great progress. Mike’s a great teacher and I can see myself coming here for years to come.
I’ve been training with Mike Amada for 1 year now. I had been in an accident and broke my back. After a long recovery I decided to find a personal trainer. Everyone I found wanted to to all training virtually. That was not what I was looking for. Thankfully I found MCWMA. I train with Mike 3 days a week. I feel really good. I’m stronger. My balance is better. I just feel much younger overall. My workouts are fun! Hard! But fun. Let’s face it. If it’s not challenging, we won’t get the results we want.
