This has easily became my favorite church. I was lost for a long time after my mother had passed away and was angry at The Lord, trying to understand why. This church not only accepted me with open arms, they made me feel like I was always meant to be here. The praise and worship team is amazing. Their music uplifts your spirit and gets you in the mindset to praise God with your entire being. The help you feel the joy, love, and excitement of being in the house of The Lord, you can't help but tear up. The Pastor has one of the kindest hearts ever and his sermons always speak to me. He doesn't just stand there and read from the Bible like a teacher. He speaks on how each lesson has played a part in his life and ours. He explains what can be very confusing to everyone and is very engaging. He is the definition of practicing what you preach and letting The Lord guide you so that his will is done. The church is small but it feels like you've stepped into a home.
I went to this church last year and I was really excited I thought finally I found a Pentecostal church close by. I was disappointed though because I'm used to a Pentecostal Church where it's a uplifting Spirit, hand clapping Etc I didn't get that at this church when I walk in a church I expect to feel the presence of the Lord. Although the choir had wonderful voices their choice of songs were not the best. I never felt the Holy Ghost spirit in this church however I went a couple of times hoping something would change but it did not. What really had me turn away from this church was the one day I went and the entire sermon was about the political campaign. That was an absolute turn off for me. There should be a separation of church and politics I come to church to hear the word of the Lord not to hear about politics and who you should or should not vote for.
Small, friendly, holy ghost filled church.
