Hearth Realty is the best of the best. I've met many realtors when buying and selling. Personally, when you choose a dud realtor (and have to 'fire' them--awkward!) you know to put in extra time to evaluate them. In the past, we had to dismiss 3 separate realtors from improper vetting, cringe.
Hearth Realty is an honest to goodness quality brokerage. I have no issues referring people to Hearth because it's the only place I'll use myself.
