The Hair Spa had strict policies about the smell of smoke and cannabis. The owner makes everyone aware and it offensive to other customers. I do not want to smell cannabis while getting my hair done. The sign on front is clear about airing out before you can receive services. If someone is offended by this policy, think about the clients receiving services that have to try and tolerate it. I smoke cigarettes and spray myself when coming back in as I am considerate to the other patrons.

This is my salon for ALL HAIR CARE NEEDS‼️ I can write a book but the service unmatched, I love my steam treatments. Hair growth, it happens here because the owner has her own secret handmade hair serums,oils,mask conditioner and more. Plus the expirience of the stylist varies but there owner is a great mentor to keep the final look and processes consistent no matter who does ya hair. I love the natural style options too, being natural can be overwhelm but with this salon, they keep you right and in order. Ty Seana and team for always making room for my head and my crazy schedule 💜

This summer, I was referred to Natural Zen to retwist and color my locks. Upon arrival, I was greeted by my stylist, Seana, and asked if I had any allergies. WHAT?! LOVE THIS! It is refreshing that in this day, when everything has some kind of something in it that I'm allergic to, to be asked was impressive. Seana created a client profile to reflect my preferences, allergies, color, and custom conditioner. My color blend matched perfectly, and her assistant, Emani, promptly proceeded to shampoo my locks. Thank you!!! The entire experience was professional, efficient, and dare I say "enjoyable." Meanwhile, my son is patiently waiting and watching all of this activity when I ask him nonchalantly, "Do you want your hair done?" Never having had a haircut, he replied, "Sure. " And the rest was HIStory.
