I had an issue with the new Nexus app and Ricky (Ricki?) took care of me and got me all sorted out. I was expecting a nightmare where I'd get tossed around between different people with no one who could help me, but Ricky got it all taken care of in under 2 minutes. Thank you!
I have been a customer at their Metropark parking facility for the last 10 years. This location is very convenient for an efficient commute to NYC from nearby towns like Edison, Iselin and since it has nearby exits to GSP South, even people in nearby exits like Sayreville prefer this. Would highly recommend this option.
I was also very pleased with their commitment to customers, even during these tough Covid times, in particular Ricki Casey, for her excellent Customer relations in terms of prompt detailed responses and quick resolution, at the same time keeping in mind the interests of her organization and management.
