The new guy at the lumber counter, I believe his name was Bill, was truly exceptional. I hadn’t been to Northeastern in about 2 years- the previous guys were always good but Bill was just on another level. Very personable, professional, great communicator, and worked at a fast pace with absolute ease while helping multiple customers.
I was really taken aback by how impressive he was. Northeastern is very lucky to have him and I’m 100% ditching the big box competitors going forward.
