been going to Olympia pools since 1986 would never trust another pool company to deal with our pool. They are super busy in the summer so its expected to have to wait for them to come out and service your pool, so best to call right away and not hesitate if you have an issue that you cannot fix yourself. I always have a big issue with green algae and try to deal with it myself, (wrong)
but in the meantime best to stop at the store, and they will give you a complete printout, of what steps to take. They really know their stuff and their chemicals. (they are even happy to walk you thru and troubleshoot the problem on the phone if they can).
