It was super busy and even with that… the staff was super friendly and quick with their service. I would take a picture of my breakfast sandwich, but I ate it before I finished reviewing lol
The food is great but every time I come I watch them handle all of the money and credit cards, writing down the orders, then turning around and touch all of the food with the same pair of gloves. What’s the point of the gloves? It’s disgusting
PROS: Food is great, everyone is friendly also!
CONS: When it's busy they tend to make mistakes.
Twice they gave me flavored coffee instead of regular coffee and they were busy each time. I drive 15 minutes to go here and didn't really want to drive 30 minutes round trip for coffee.
Foods good bagels are always fresh. I travel 25 mins for this bagel place because the ones near me are always stale. Definitely come here if you want fresh hot bagels without a doubt. but they always forget something. For example I always ask for hash browns on my breakfast sandwich. Third time ordering it from this place and they forgot them every single time. Any where else there’s no issue.
Bagels are good, but they charged me $6.53 for 2 bagels. One bagel was lightly buttered both sides and the other was just buttered both sides. Buttered bagels are priced at $2.15 plus tax. They said I requested extra butter, but i just like butter on each side because I eat it separately while I drive. They are not customer sensitive. They said I had an attitude when I questioned the costs. They lost a good customer for their miscalculation.
