Staff was friendly. Ordered meat, agg and cheese for $8 on the menu. Asked for bagel on the side, mix up the eggs, cheese, meat like a scramble, spk. I got 4 slices of taylor ham over eggs, no cheese, no spk, and was charged for an omelette, that's $2 more. Wth? $14.53 for a coffee, 2 eggs and 4 slices of taylor ham. I had ketchup packets in my car and chop sticks, I wasn't given napkins or untensils.
Service is very good just started working in the area over a year & can say they take care of customers! :)
Wow what a great Sandwich. I had a bagel with Sliced lox and cream cheese. The bagel itself was delicious the quality of the salmon and the flavor was so good.
Around the corner for me and they make a great Taylor Ham, egg & cheese, on a nice bagel. No complaints 👌
My usual go to is Lakeside, but for whatever reason they were closed this morning, so I decided to try 5B. For starters, I walked in and there were 2 girls in front of me who were together. They ordered, and I was next. They weren’t overly busy, but I stood there waiting and ignored for close to 10 min. Another man walked in behind me. The person taking orders literally looked at that man past me and said I’ll be right with you. I’m about ready to leave at this point, and I wish I did. Of course, the woman again ignores me and goes to help the man behind me. Naturally I step in and make the point I’ve stood there 10 min and been ignored and I’m next. Definitely wasn’t happy. Moving onto the food. I ordered turkey egg and cheese on a wheat bagel, and a western omelette for my husband. Sandwich was not good. Eggs were overcooked, and there was barely any turkey or cheese on it. The omelette was also overcooked and not neatly prepared as pictured.
