Visiting from nyc. My friends and I made reservation for brunch for apple picking at nearby farm. We had kids and 10 people. George's place was such a lovely space to have conversation with, and was able to enjoy delicious foods. Server was very friendly and couldn't ask for more. Thank you for hosting us!
The Greek burger was delicious! It had so much flavor and the perfect amount of feta cheese. I’ve ordered the Greek omelet in the past and also enjoyed it. The service is excellent and the food is consistently good. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Reliable breakfast spot. Yellow jackets were awful on the patio. Ate inside. Some tables have a good view of the lake. Booths only. We sat ourselves. 12pm Sunday.
Not too busy.
We didn't feel rushed but noticed another couple who came 30 min before closing kind of pushed along by a server who edged on surly.
Server was young but good. Had two additional servers deliver food and take check.
Irish Benedict was good, hash was well done, eggs poached nicely, not sure if Hollondaise was homemade- it was slightly separated. Western omelet was perfect. Breakfast potatoes could use a bit more seasoning. Coffee was strong. Next time I'll ask for real milk. They serve those small creamer packets. Sugar only on the tables.
Parking is on street only.
From the area but dont usually head in this direction. We'd give this spot another try.
I really recommend The Irish Eggs Benedict it was so good that I feel it’s the best Egg Benedict ever. I came back today after 6 years and it’s still as amazing as I remember.
It was a busy Sunday morning and I was shocked of how quick our food came out. Really a great experience.
Large, yet somehow cozy, this diner has that special old-school, hometown feel to it. My bacon egg and cheese sandwich was huge, delicious, oozing with cheese and crunchy bacon. A tad more expensive than average but well worth it. Friendly service, as you would expect at a place like this.
