Jeff and Marcelo were amazing! I was shocked at how fast they were able to repair my vehicle and get it back on the road. Best service. I had an annoying sound coming from my wheels when I drive. Squeaking for my entire drive. I went to Ford, I went to a five star shop in Nyc, and both companies couldn’t figure it out. I had Ortega take my car for a test drive and the mechanic figured it out just by listening to it. Lifted my car, checked all the tires and brakes. Ford had put my brakes on incorrectly, and my back brake pads were worn out. I had them replaced with Ortega and now the car makes no more annoying sounds. The ride is nice and smooth, and the brakes are doing there job. I highly recommend this place. My best friend put me on to this spot, and it was well worth it.
