I brought my car to Joe's Collision Center, and they did the best job I’ve ever had done at any auto body shop. The quality of the work was top tier, the car came out looking amazing, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I’m extremely satisfied with the results and the professionalism of the team. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else from now on. Highly recommend if you’re looking for real quality work.
I would not bring my car back because when I got my car back the physical damage was fixed but the sensor under my bumper was still broke so my car wasn’t driving right still. And was told I have to drive it for the items to disappear off the dash. For them to send me to another shop to get it fixed causing me another day or two without my vehicle.
I highly recommend 10/10 experience!! I dropped my car off on a Wednesday by Monday it was ready for pick up. My car looked brand new as if I just left the dealership they did an amazing job fixing my car. Brian was so helpful throughout my whole experience here.
10/10 experience I had and I highly recommend. The customer service I received from Bryant was awesome from start to finish. He said, “I got you my brother trust me, we’re going to take care of you”. We shook hands on it and he definitely kept his word, I’m happy with the turnout. They even had enterprise pick me up for a rental. Thanks!
I was in a tough spot, jobless and facing a major car repair after an incident, with only half coverage. I considered leaving the car as is but knew it would lead to constant problems with the authorities. I turned to Joe's, explaining my tight budget. Joe and his team, without knowing my full situation, worked with me. Their work was exceptional, and my car looks like new. The turnaround was quick, about 2-3 days including ordering parts, and they kept me informed throughout. Joe even worked out a plan for me to pick up the car after 5pm after making some repairs so I could pick up my pregnant wife after work and return the car in the morning after dropping her off. He even fixed some scratches on the side at no extra cost. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JOE’S COLLISION! Thank you, Mr. Joe!
