Brian was incredible from the start. For the engagement ring, he heard the groom’s vision, and was quickly able to put it together, creating a truly beautiful ring. He also was able to quickly match her ring to a wedding band, making it stack beautifully. He worked with the groom as well to find a ring that was both comfortable but stylish. He truly cares a lot about what he does, and takes the time to make sure it looks amazing. Small “mom and pop” store type of feel, so it truly feels like he cares about you and how it all looks. He was also very affordable. Even when we had a couple of issues with some stones on the rings, he just asked us to bring it back and he took care of it, no questions asked. Would highly recommend.
Every time I have come here for appraisals or to have my jewelry worked on they have been incredible. I was helped by different staff each time and everyone was always helpful. They are personable and always have reasonable pricing. I will forever come here for my jewelry needs!

Brian Otto, owner of Paragon Jewelry in Pompton Plains does stellar work! This ring on my index finger was avtually actually a link to a bracelet my Grandma wore. When she passed away, the bracelet was taken apart, and I received one of the links and had a ring made out of it. Recently, I brought it to Brian to change the size from my ring finger to my index finger. Brian’s customer service and care with the ring is way beyond 5 stars!
