She was very knowledgeable, patient and very friendly with us. I took a long time to decide, since I didn’t have anything specific in mind, and Jess was very helpful giving me lots of options. At the end, I chose a beautiful dainty necklace that my boyfriend absolutely loved it and my friend got a pair of 14k earrings that she was obsessed with it.
