Excellent service. Very warm, welcoming staff. The store is immaculate. I had four older watches refurbished and the results were amazing. Two of the watches belonged to my father and seeing them restored to their original condition brought back so many fond memories of him. Thank you Shami!

I bought watches for my groomsmen from another store, (I live in ann state) and one of them had the bezel fall off. Shami find watchmaking had it fixed in about two minutes. Being that they just had to re-put the parts back in the watch. They didn’t charge me and wouldn’t accept any money because my wedding was the next day. I was greeted by kind and knowledgeable staff in the store. If I lived near by I would without hesitation shop at this store.

I brought in two watches that needed new batteries. I read all the good reviews or Shami, so off I went. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and within minutes they took a look at my watches and gave me cost options. I told them which option, and they went to put in the new batteries. I barely had a chance to look at the watches and jewelry in the shop, my watches were ready. I mentioned I was missing a piece off another watch, and they told me to bring it in and they could take care of it. It was so refreshing, the great customer service and care they took with my watches. I highly recommend Shami to anyone who needs watch repair, looking for a new watch or maybe some jewelry. I will definitely be back with my other watch and other repairs in the future. Thank you to the team at Shami.

I'm visiting from Florida and found Shami Fine Watch on Google because I needed to get my battery replaced. I ended up getting my seals replaced as well. They were done with my watch in less than 30 minutes. My 15 year old Michele watch looks brand new. I'm so pleased with their service! Thank you, from a happy customer.

I don’t know but I can’t resist buying new watches but here is the thing, over the period, they need new batteries, and I am like, buy a new watch instead of spending $200 -of course, that’s not logical.

So, I had like 10-15 watches to replace the battery. Not sure why but I searched and did not find many options nearby. Seems all the stores are in NYC only. I found one in Fairfield and went there for battery replacement. At first glance- looks like a high-end store, a collection of Rolex, Breitling, and those $5000 watches.

The person (I don’t know if he was the owner or not), was friendly. I asked for battery replacement, it was $15 per watch. I replaced the battery in 6 watches, it was done in 15-20 minutes. In and out in 30-35 minutes. They have in-house watch specialists, truly professional folks, I asked a few questions on the tachometer and how to keep the batteries long-lasting and discussed a few topics.
