Visited Paratha Project in East Windsor recently, and wow what a delightful experience! They surprised us with complimentary pani puri, which was crispy, tangy, and absolutely bursting with flavor. The rest of the food was incredibly tasty, with fresh ingredients and authentic spices shining through every bite. Even after the recent name change, the quality remains top-notch and hasn't skipped a beat. Highly recommend for anyone craving great Indian street food and parathas. We'll definitely be back!

TLDR: Did not enjoy the food that much - could have been much better.

Parathas were greasy and kinda soggy, thaali curries were meh (channa was served ice cold), curd was old - basically same culinary experience as the last few days of Khasiyat. That said, worth noting that the menu has now expanded, and the apps (chaat, vada pav, pav bhaji), missi roti, and service were decent.

Absolutely loved Paratha Project! The food is delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. Their parathas are outstanding—perfectly cooked and generously filled. You can really taste the quality and creativity in each dish.

The menu is unique, combining traditional Indian flavors with a modern fusion style. Service was quick and welcoming, and the overall experience was great. This is an excellent spot for anyone looking for comforting Indian food with a twist.

Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

We visited Paratha Project last night, and the restaurant was absolutely packed! I’m not sure if they were understaffed, but the two girls at the front were working incredibly hard — all with big smiles on their faces — managing every customer’s order with great patience and professionalism.

Even on such a busy night, the kitchen team delivered perfectly cooked parathas — hot, crispy, and just as we ordered. This was probably my 8th or 9th visit, and I’m happy to say the food quality and quantity have always been consistent.

Highly recommend this place for anyone who loves delicious, freshly made parathas and great service, even during the rush!

    Had pranthas and chai here.

The parantha was nice. “Make ur own paranaths” option is great where you can pick whatever you want. Its a nice place if you’re looking to have an dhaba styled tawa paranthas served with curd and pickles.

The tea was okay. I am not a great fan of already prepared teas so that’s just me.

    Overall, a great place!
