    At a time of such pain and sorrow, Karen from Peppler was simply amazing. She took care of everything, no pressure to pay more than necessary, no need to worry about the details, responsive, compassionate, kind. She cares about people and it shows. I felt like I found a new friend and I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful service for my mom.
