Talented artists sell their wares here, unique selection to appeal to a variety of tastes for home decor. Most prices are reasonable. Cute store.
What an amazing place! Unique finds and an impressive gallery!
I've always loved all the crafts that they have up at Peters valley because they are unique and they are really well made. I made the long drive up there during their holiday craft sale. I was not disappointed and was able to find a couple gifts for people. They have everything you could imagine. My only comment is that it was hard to find. We actually drove right by it because the signage wasn't really visible from the angle we were approaching from. Not their fault. But we did find it it and loved it!
Great selection of gifts, including pottery, jewelry, etc. My go to place for unique gifts for my wife and daughter.
In fact, my daughter picked up an absolutely beautiful wooden handled bottle opener as a gift to bring to her friend’s family on a visit to Germany.
Gallery with residency opportunities. Featured candles, jewelry, woodcarvers, binding, metalwork, and birdhouses from salvaged material among other things from artisans throughout the Northeast and beyond. In addition to crafts had a small book store on first floor and rotating gallery on second floor for special exhibits. The setting is beautiful for a picnic though parking is somewhat limited. Take a few minutes to appreciate the surrounding buildings. Higher prices items were up to nearly $10,000 for serious collectors. Many items were more affordable in the $50 to $250 range. Interesting location though would like to have more interaction with staff to tell the story of the place, and maybe two or three additional activities to make the stop more of a destination. Some buildings were also in poor condition and need attention.
