Jaime came and looked at everything thoroughly. He fixed everything that needed maintenance and gave me some tips and tricks on how to maintain my apartment. He is extremely pleasant and efficient. Great service!

We had a broken water heater and made a service request with the property management. Less than 24hours they sent a technician names Jamie. He replaced the water heater in less than two hours. Jamie was very professional and courteous, he even changed our AC filter even though it was not part of the original service order. Did a very professional job.
As usual Jaime was excellent in helping us with the maintenance repairs. This is the second time we were working with Jaime and like the way he handled the situation. Excellent communication, very courteous and will be hoping to work with Jaime in the future.
