When we decided to sell our home I googled "best real estate agent in Point Pleasant Beach". I reached out to the first 2, both I had to complete a small form with my info. The first never responded and Danielle Coyle from Remax was polite, positive and prompt. We arranged a time and I told her to come prepared. I reached out to another local office and asked for the manager. He did get on the phone and he agreed to come a few hours after Danielle.
Danielle arrived with a box of scones from "Scone Pony", thoughtful and yummy! She was very professional in her manner, very positive when we said whet we wanted to list our home for. She spent plenty of time with us going over all houses similar and more expensive then ours. We knew our house was special!!
We said goodbye and we would be in touch. The next realtor showed up as scheduled except pulled across our driveway blocking all access. Got out and we welcomed him in our home and went our everything we had previously with Danielle. The difference was he was arrogant and scoffed at what we wanted to list our home for. "That's too much! You will just send buyers to these other houses for sale". With his negative and arrogant approach we had enough.
We called Danielle back and said we want her to list our home.
She did a perfect job, pictures, social media, drone footage and an open house the first weekend.
We had multiple offers and ended up selling the house 4 days after the open house for $50K over ask!!
