Such a friendly, loving church for ALL God's children! You will feel welcome here, weather you look the part or not... Come as you are and receive the LOVE of our Lord Jesus Christ. So glad I did... Wish I could give them 10 stars!!

I attended the home going service for my God-father, Derek Taylor, Sr on Saturday, May 3rd. Never could I imagine that I would meet such a lovely and welcoming group of people, inclusive of Pastor Terrence Porter. In search of a church home, I ask the question at my table “Are there any churches in the Ocean county area?” Needless to say…four beautiful souls invited me to Pilgrim! The message was Faith over Fear. Had I not received that message, I’m not sure I would have made it through the week! Looking forward to more food for my soul, meeting special people and enhancing my relationship with Jesus! See you all soon…

Reverend Porter is a true spiritual public servant. Pilgrim Baptist Church serves the community and offers a helping hand to the homeless with it's "Code Blue" program.
