Pete and his crew did an excellent job on the exterior renovation (new roof, siding, windows, and gutters) of our home.

The crews showed up on site, when he stated they would and worked straight until they completed the entire job, including Saturdays. Their attention to detail, was incredible, they even went as far as matching the color of the gable vents to the new siding vs the standard white vent on every other home. All holes and corners were filled or caulked with color matched caulk. Every fixture had a white mounting block installed. They used high quality material and the installation was spot-on.

At the end of the job, Pete did a full walk-thru with us and identified a couple minor 'punchlist' items. His crew came back the next day to address the issues. Pete even sent his guys back a few months after their contract was complete to add a dryer vent on our addition that I forgot to ask for while they were here.

Their estimate, contract, and payment terms were clear and fair.

PJ Sullivan and his crew went above and beyond our expectations on installation of our James Hardie siding and window replacements. Peter’s estimate was a little higher than another one we were considering but we liked Peter and he explained that his attention to details and pride in workmanship would be reflected in the final product and it was!
The crew arrived on time every day and cleaned up at the end of each day. And they were all nice guys!

Saw examples of their work in our neighborhood so choice was easy. The finished product speaks for itself. Top quality work on an old house with some tricky curves; crew was friendly, efficient. There was a hiccup finishing up (wrong storm door was sent, right one took a while to come) but Peter stayed available and on top of it. But best example of the company’s dedication to it’s customers came a year later when we had an interior water leak from A/C lines punctured during the job that didn’t leak until the ends clogged up. Though under no obligation whatsoever Peter had his crew fix our damaged drywall free of charge. Thanks, Peter!

Smooth as silk, easy as pie experience with PJ Sullivan Exteriors. Not a huge job for them--replacing vinyl siding with Hardieplank on a not very large house, but I feel they gave us as much TLC as they would've a bigger client. Should also say that communication was very good.....suggestions were right-on....price was comparable to other estimates....and worksite always looked clean and neat. Hardie-ly recommend. Sorry....it's late.
