Very professional, kind understanding and caring. Wasn't looking to rip me off, arrived earlier than estimated time, I was contacted by phone day before appointment to confirm my time frame and honestyled again an hour prior to technician showing up that he was on his way. He explained to me in detail what happened regarding my lifted shingle and assured me that I had nothing to worry about because it was still secured enough and this was caused by the gutter guard and high winds. I was so visibly upset because
I had no idea how I would afford another major breakdown in my home, so he reassured me several more times and gave me his card to call him if I had any other problems or concerns and said that he would take care of it. He also warned me that if I did have someone else come to give another estimate to make sure they weren't trying to rip me off by telling me I needed a lot of things replaced on my roof when I don't because basically I have a brand new roof. Even though I did not need their services, a company like Father and Son Exterior should be at the top of the list because you just don't come across a good, honest, compassionate company that places their customers best interest first, rather than we're just out to make another buck business in the world we live in today! So thank you Father and Son Exterior!

Chimney re build : The owner responded promptly to my call and came to the house to give us an estimate. The job was scheduled immediately. The crew arrive promptly and worked non stop all day with no breaks. The father oversaw the entire operation. There were two brothers who were extremely nice and worked well together. They were her for three days rebuilding the chimney.. on the second day another person came to help , very personable and he worked well with the two brothers.. when they realized on the third day that rain was on its eay a third crew came to do the flashing and and clean up. They cleaned up everything at the end of the job. The finished product was great and the top of the chimney was done nicer than my old one. I have used them before and will use their service again. There was a small accident with a chunk of cement that fell and hit a pipe and the owner paid for the repair without any problem. I was very happy. .

Great experience with Father and Son, nothing but top notch service. Very quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend! I love my new roof and chimney, done at a great price.
