The price is very reasonable and I told him that he asked me to pay 50% deposit which I did but after I was on the site and see their processing. I had a little after he may walk away. He was laughing, and he told me we can pay the material company directly which make customer feel more comfortable. Bryant is nice guy & you can trust. We had 6–8 weeks to get it done or risk losing coverage. This was not on our 2025 wish list—especially in this economy. The stress was real.

When it came to the actual work, the Titan crew delivered above and beyond. They installed a Liberty™ Self-Adhering Roofing System—a torch-free, durable, long-lasting solution perfect for our low-slope roof. They added GAF Ice & Water Shield for extra protection, expertly handled chimney flashing to ensure a watertight seal, and replaced old rubber collars with aluminum pipe collars to prevent leaks. On top of that, they addressed a major issue we had with our gutters, installing brand new 5-inch aluminum gutters & leaders. The crew took extra care to construct them in a way that guarantees our previous gutter problem is gone for good. They even reframed sections over old yankee gutters to fix underlying wood issues before finishing.

Every step of the way, their professionalism and attention to detail stood out. The worksite was clean, the craftsmanship was meticulous, and you could tell they took pride in what they were doing. And while the roof itself brings us peace of mind for the next 25–30 years, it’s the care they put into the small details—the things many contractors might rush past—that really left an impression.
