Had an immediate repair needed on my siding and soffit due to wind damage. Reached out to Preferred and immediately answered my call and came out on time and repaired everything quickly and beautifully at an extremely reasonable price.. we showed him a few more areas of concern which would need attention too and we are scheduling our next repair..we will gladly continue to hire preferred for our home repairs! Had Denis replace the entire siding of our house and it came out beautiful. Denis is super knowledgable to let us know how to make sure the right materials were used to prevent any water damage around the windows.

Denis is an amazing roofer and contractor. He is so knowledgeable and so experienced with shingle roofs and he installed a new roof for me within 2 days. To be able to do it at such a fast pace, high quality and make my time worth it is a plus in my books!
